I'm not in Jamaica, can I still work with you?

Absolutely! We've not only worked with Jamaicans, but also clients from the USA and Nigeria. You can work with us from anywhere in the world!

Do you only accept payments in JMD?

No. We accept payments in JMD (Jamaican Dollars) and almost every other currrency! For Jamaicans, we have the option of direct bank transfer to our bank account from any local bank. For international clients (The Caribbean, U.S.A, Canada, U.K, and beyond), we accept online payments via debit and credit cards through our secure online payment platform where we send you an invoice via email or WhatsApp with a payment link attached!

Do I have to pay for a service first before receiving the finished work?

Yes. Payments for our editing and book cover design services require an upfront deposit before the project commences. Once the project is complete, the remaining service balance is required for the final work to be delivered. For consulations and publishing services, full payment is required for the service before we begin.

How do I send you my manuscript and ideas, etc?

Once you're ready to work with us, send your manuscript, ideas, and photos etc., to us via email at info.parafount@gmail.com. We do not accept documents or manuscript submissions via WhatsApp nor social media.

After I make a payment, then what?

Once you send us a payment, if it's via bank transfer, please email or WhatsApp us a screenshot/receipt of payment immediately so we can make note of it. Otherwise, if you pay online with your credit or debit card, your payment is processed and received immediately, so we'll see it! Then, we begin working on your service(s).

Do you accept every manuscript or design idea?

No. For graphic design ideas, we do not accept nor design words or images that includes, implies, or promotes profanity, nudity, drunkenness, or anything we deem inappropriate, disrespectful, or hurtful to the core values of our brand and business. This also goes for the manuscripts we accept and publish.

Where can I find your banking or online payment information?

Feel free to WhatsApp or email us for our banking information. For online payments via credit or debit cards, the link will be attached to your invoice or, we can send it to you via email or WhatsApp.

Are service payments refundable?

Once a service is provided and completed as outlined in our service briefs, monies cannot be refunded.

If I request a correction to my manuscript or book cover, will that cost me?

Yes. Any changes to a manuscript already published will attract additional service fees that include both rectifying the issue, making any additions or adjustments, and republishing the manuscript for both Amazon paperback and Kindle. As for book covers, any changes (for those that are possible), attract additional fees and may include service costs applied to republish the covers for both Amazon peperback and Kindle.
